You can choose between three levels of expertise, allowing you to best meet your business needs and goals.

EA Certified Storage Specialist

This Certification will enable you to focus your investments on Dell Storage products, receiving the benefits that follow.

Focus your investment across the entire Dell Enterprise Architecture storage and server solutions portfolios and receive a higher level of benefits based on your elevated EA product line and solutions competency, and the expanded programme support offerings.

The process

The path to becoming a fully Certified Partner is as flexible as it is rewarding.

1. On-Boarding Training Course

We know the importance of effective on-boarding and ensure that you
feel supported and fully informed at every stage of your induction to
Partner Certification. Learn about our Dell Internal Support Processes,
our range of products and their markets. Passing 4 of the 6 product
assessments with a mark of at least 60% will qualify you to the next step.

2. EA Storage Training

You will be given all the training and knowledge needed to specialise in
our EA Storage solutions. Pass marks for both Sales and Technical
sections are 80%.

3. EA Server Training

You will be given all the training and knowledge needed to specialise in
our EA Storage solutions. Pass marks for both Sales and Technical
sections are 80%.

4. EA Solution

To become a full Enterprise Architecture Solutions Certified Partner, you
must complete and pass both EA Storage and EA Server courses. The
pass mark for this final level of Dell Certification is 80%.
